When will I receive the online check-in?
Online check-in can be done 24 hours (in some cases 48 hours) up to 3-4 hours before the flight. Rest assured that you will receive it in good time and it will be available for download no later than 3 hours before your flight. How can I reserve a specific seat on the aircraft?
Choosing a seat in the aircraft can be done both at the time of booking and at the time of check-in. The process involves an additional cost, depending on the chosen position in the aircraft (next to the window, on the edge, seat with extra legroom, priority seat at the front of the cabin, etc.). Contact an agent if you need help selecting a place.
How do I find the best rate for a destination?
To find the best price for plane tickets, use the Fly24.bg calendar. It allows you to select a travel interval and choose the length of stay (eg 3 nights). After the search, the calendar will show you the most advantageous dates for a round trip during that period.

What are the ways to pay for plane tickets?
The fastest way to pay for plane tickets is online payment by bank card. If you do not have a bank card, you can make the payment by bank transfer.
What is the deadline for a reservation?
The price of air tickets depends on their availability and cannot be guaranteed to remain unchanged for a long period of time. A flight ticket reservation will remain active from 30 minutes to 24-48 hours, depending on the chosen airline and other criteria. Some airlines, however, do not allow seat and price blocking. In such cases, after completing the booking you will be informed that the price may change at any time, therefore we will recommend you to make the payment as soon as possible.
Are changes allowed on plane tickets?
Yes, they are allowed. But any change to the plane tickets incurs an additional fee. Contact an agent about the necessary changes.
Is it possible to cancel/refund flight tickets?
Airline rules are often restrictive. Therefore, reimbursement is allowed either with a penalty or only airport tax reimbursement is allowed. Some airlines also restrict the refund of airport taxes, so the passenger cannot recover anything from the cost of the ticket. Contact an agent to check exactly if your ticket is eligible for a refund and what the refund amount would be.
